TOLERATIONS

Tolerations are things that we have the power to change - we just haven't got around to it yet! Sometimes it just means you need to say something to someone, and sometimes we just need to actually do something, but we are unsure of how or what to do.
Once you have dealt with a toleration it is no longer a problem. It's gone and you are free to enjoy life just that little bit more. Dealing with a toleration will give you freedom, leading to more energy and a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Tolerations are those little things that deplete your energy. Things that you notice and tolerate on a daily basis. They are normally little inconveniences life a blown light bulb in a light socket. A light without a bulb has no energy! The time and energy you spend in tolerating these things builds up, slowly draining you and limiting your effectiveness and overall happiness. Tolerations will cause you to stumble down your path to success; and will hinder your chance of ever reaching your destination.
Tolerations slow us down and cause us to put our attention on them instead of what you really want to concentrate on.

Are you ready to deal with your tolerations now?
The first thing you need to do is to build a list. Write down ALL your tolerations. In reality it's the small things that suck away time that could be spent more productively. When you visualist your list you'll see how much you are being affected by the negatives in your life. Negatives drain your energy and stop positive things coming to you. As you deal with each toleration, give yourself a tick. A tick is a positive action and we need as many ticks as we can to get rid of those negatives.
Now that you have a list you may wish to categorise them. You might choose areas of your life, for example: home, health, family, community. Or you may wish to put them into different "rooms". Either way you will begin to see where you really need to start.
Pick and easy one first. This means that you will quickly give yourself another tick. Then move on to a more difficult toleration.
What is really important is COMMITMENT - be confident and committed about making positive changes.
DEALING WITH DIFFERENT PROBLEMS
Ask yourself "is the problem there because of the way I am looking at it?" Are you looking at the toleration in a negative way? Is there a way for you to find a new perspective and maybe see a positive solution! This will instantly give you more positive energy.
For example, if you rely on another person to do a chore for you and it has become a wait and see game to see when that chore will be done - ask yourself "if that other person was not there - who would do it?" Would you be going it yourself? So the solution is that you do not need to feel angry or upset with anyone that you are not being helped. If you help yourself you'll be surprised at the other person's reaction. A whole new perspective - and you feel a whole lot happier.
Be careful with comprising! This is often a negative - it may mean you are giving up something you want and this is not good when your values are being violated and you are driven away from your goal.
Remember, each time you deal with a toleration (or a negative) you allow positives to move on into your life.
Structure and order Quite simply, if your home is not in order - your life is not in order! Clutter is the worse barrier to stop positve things coming to you. Everything needs structure and order. The Universe has order - we have seasons, we have night and day - there is a balance. We need to apply the same balance to our daily lives and we do this through structure, and we do this by being serious about what we want! You are not along so have faith. The Universe wants you to have everything you desire - you just have to show that you are serious about what you are wanting and then take ACTION !
Now that you know that tolerations are barriers and negatives that stand between your current life and the life you most deisre, are you ready to TAKE ACTION?
