You will probably have filled in an online form before so everything doesn’t need to be explained, however, most of you will not have made a webpage and this will help clarify how to add the information needed to complete the process and get your profile page online.
All information you see on the registration can be updated whenever you feel like it, so it’s not going to cost you extra webmaster fee’s every time you want to change things around or update them.
Photo(200 x 200) The numbers refer to the maximum dimensions of the photo in pixels. For your reference here’s a picture; you personal photo can be smaller than this but it should be no larger.
NOTE: If you don’t know how to change the size of a photo, or crop scanned photos: email it to
info@canzdesign.com along with your name on this website and we will resize it for $5 per photo. If you need several photos resized for web (E.G. pictures for resources, profiles, testimonials etc.) the charge will be $5 for the first picture and $2 for each additional picture as long as they are all sent at the same time. Please state the size you want the picture to be; if you aren’t sure of the pixel size give us the approx size in cm or mm you want the image to display on your webpage. The photo will be resized, sharpened and optimized and returned to you (usually the same day) ready to put it on your webpage. Payment can be made via direct deposit, credit card, paypal, cash or cheque (payments made by cheque will have to clear before we process your pictures)
Password:The password needs to be at least 6 characters with no special characters; just letters and numbers.
Region:If you don’t live within any of the regions listed: choose ‘Other’ and a text box will appear; write your region and it will be added to the database so people can search for your region. Regions will be added as our coach membership grows; we have done it this way so people do not search for a coach by a region where there are no coaches registered and therefore get no results in their search queries.
Institution Information:Chose the institute(s) at which you have qualified or the one you are training at:
If you haven’t passed any of the certificates yet, then just put a check in the appropriate box before the institute name and leave the dropdown box (which is there for coaches who have passed to show what level they have obtained) empty.
If you have completed your training then select the appropriate level.
If your Institute isn’t listed check ‘Other’ and fill in the appropriate information.
NOTE: Before your registration is accepted you will need to send proof of the level of training you have achieved. You can do this by emailing a photo or scan of the highest level or post (via snail mail) a photocopy of the document.
If you have a higher level of training then we have listed in an institute: select the highest level listed and we will change the dropdown box so it lists the appropriate level and set your profile to reflect that level once verification has been received.
Niche/Specialties:Once you have chosen your main specialty, if you have more than one specialty, just hold down the Control Key (Ctrl) while selecting the various options. You can also chose other from each list and a text entry box will appear where you can add anything that’s not on that list This option will be added to the list, and your profile.
Detail Information:Fill in your ICFA Membership Number and hourly rate, then chose which layout you would like your profile page to be (if you click on the picture a larger pop up will appear to give you a better idea of how the page will appear).
NOTE: Page style can be changed at any time. Click the
“Next” button and go to the second page.

Coach Profile - Testimonials (Detail Information): Be aware that this page can take a while to load. These are the editors used to make the profile and testimonial parts of your webpage. These easy or “FCK-editors” are very much like word processing programmes. If you would like detailed information on how to use these editors please click on:

Display Style:It doesn’t matter which page style or layout you choose (either single or double column for your webpage), you can easily change it by checking the other webpage option from a link on your personal page once you are logged in; all the information will simply change to the different layout.
NOTE: If you add an image to your testimonials using the single page layout and then change to a double column layout: If the picture is more that 120 pixels wide it will distort your webpage.
Package Details: Choose whatever package you would like and remember for a limited time, your registration will be doubled for the price listed.
Payment Type:Select the way you wish to pay for your webpage(s) you will be emailed the relevant details when you have finished your registration.
Payment Details:If you intend to sell resources (books, seminars, workshops) on your webpage(s), enter the paypal or bank account details here. This information can be added later.
Comments:If you have a higher level of training, a different niche or live in a different region than the options available add it here, along with any other comments or suggestions you may have. This will assure that your added information will be noted and the proper amendments to your profile are made.
Adding Resources: In order to make the registration process shorter and easier resources can be added after your registration and payment have been processed.
